Refund and Returns Policy
All of our products are hand made to order and as a result we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any of our ovens or burners.
In the unlikely event that items are damaged in haulage then this must be reported on the delivery note with the driver.
All of our ovens are packaged in a clear plastic so the product can clearly be seen on delivery and signed for unchecked will be assumed that they were delivered in good order.
Should an item be damaged in transit then we will make a claim on the haulier insurance and we will make a replacement as quickly as posible
Should you wish to inspect your product before shipping then this can be done by appointment at our workshops near Worcester.
Due to the hand made nature of our products you can expect delivery from purchase in 3-5 weeks but for some items and at some times of the year this can take up to 10 weeks due to demand and manufacturing demand.
By making a purchase we will asume that you have read und understood the delivery information and that you have made all allowances to get the products into your garden or storage facility.
